Frequently Asked Questions

How do I purchase products on this site?
To view and purchase products on TileTools.us you simply click on a grouped category in the left NATTCO PRODUCTS listing. Browse through each group to view product listings. Click on an individual image or product code to get detailed information on any particular product.
On the detail product page you will see a quantity field and a "ADD TO CART" button. Simply select the quantity you want and click the "ADD TO CART" button. At this point you can continue shopping and viewing other products or checkout via the "Proceed To Checkout" button on the details page or click the "Checkout" link at the top of the page.
Note: You can view the items in your cart any time by clicking the "View Cart" at the top of the page.

How do I checkout and pay for my order?
Once you are ready to check out and have clicked the "checkout" link you will be directed to the checkout process page.
Here you will need to enter all of your information including shipping, billing, credit card, and shipping method via Fed Ex.
Note: you must complete all fields correctly along with a valid email address, credit card type, credit card number, credit card expiration date, and your selected Fed Ex. shipping method. Once you have all information entered correctly and click the "proceed to confirmation" page your order total will be added to the shipping price and taxes (if applicable).
This will be the total of your order including taxes(if any) and shipping & handling charge.

This is the confirmation page so it is up to you to review and confirm that all the information you have entered is correct.
This also applies to the order total, taxes (if any) and your selected Fed Ex. shipping total.
If you want to select a different Fed Ex. shipping method you can simply click the "BACK" button on your browser and submit again for the new calculations. Again once you are satisfied you should click the "Proceed with Checkout" button.

Your order will be processed through our secure credit card processor. Upon acceptance you will see a thank you page stating that your order was processed successfully. At this point you will need to click the "CONTINUE" link on this page to finalize your order (If you don not click the "continue" link your credit card will be billed but the order will not be finalized).
Note: If your credit card is rejected or our credit card processor experiences and error you will see the error message asking you to correct information for your credit card order. In most cases you may have not entered a valid credit card number correctly or not entered a valid expiration date.

Once you have clicked the "CONTINUE" link you will taken to the receipt page. This page will be your receipt for your order containing all your order information along with billing and shipping information.
Note: You should print this page for your records, it contains the order number along with all order information.
At this point you are finished checking out. You will also be sent a copy of the receipt via email (that you supplied), you will also receive an email with your credit card transaction information from our credit card processor.

How are taxes and shipping calculated?
A sales tax will only be added if you are shipping within the state from which the products are originating from, in this case sales tax will only apply to residence of KY.

All shipping is done exclusively through FedEx®. Shipping charges are based off the total weight(s) of your order and the specific shipping method you choose. To further help you make a FedEx selection you will see a "help" link on the shipping section. Please review this prior to making your selection as it details each shipping method as well as delivery times and days. FedEx® Home and FedEx® Ground are the least expensive shipping methods. You may choose any type you wish but please remember that overnight and priority overnight can be greatly more expensive than Home or Ground.

When will I receive my order?
All orders received on or before 2:00 P.M. Eastern time will be shipped the day of the order provided all the products are in stock. Orders placed after 2:00PM friday will be processed and shipped on Monday. We (TileTools.us and Nattco) reserve the right to ship only when all items are in stock and available. FedEx® shipping guarantees will only apply to the actual date the order(s) are shipped by Nattco. In some rare cases there may be a one day to one week delay for the order to be shipped if one or more of the selected items is out-of-stock.

Orders received after 2:00 P.M. Eastern will be shipped the following day.
Weekend order placed after 2:00 PM Eastern on Friday will be processed on Monday.
Please referee to the FedEx® shipping details for delivery days, times, and details.
Standard Home and Ground deliveries will usually be within 1 -5 business days, but again please review the FedEx shipping details for exact times, day, and schedules.

How is my order going to be sent?
Your order will be shipped directly to your supplied shipping address via FedEx® from the Nattco facilities.

Who do I contact if my order has not arrived yet?
All products ordered through this site are shipped directly from Nattco.
We can track your order through FedEx® with your order number, so it is important to keep your printed receipt or the receipt you receive through email. If you have not received your order after the FedEx® delivery schedule you select has been exceeded feel free to contact us here at TileTools.us info@tiletools.us

How do I know if my order was processed correctly?
Once you reach the page showing your receipt your order has been processed. Your credit card has been successfully processed. Your order has been sent to Nattco for shipping.

Do I get a receipt for my order?
Yes you will receive two receipts. One online at the completion of your checkout and one sent via email to the email address you supply during checkout.

What is the deference between professional tools and DIY tools?
Nattco classifies Professional tools and products as being designed specifically for tile professionals, these products are generally designed for bigger tile jobs and for individuals already familiar with tile products and installation. This doesn't mean that you should just select DIY (do-it-yourself) listed tools and products. DIY tools and products are geared more for the novice or home owner that is new to tile installation. DIY type of products are engineered to be simpler to use.

Who actually makes these products?
All Nattco and TI Pro products are manufactured by Nattco except where noted. Some products are made in the USA and some are actually manufactured in other countries as noted on this site.

Is the checkout process secure?
Yes: From the start of your information collection to your credit card information to your final receipt, your information is secured. This site is secured by GeoTrust for all your transactional information. In addition your credit card information is also secure when being processed through our credit card authorization processor.
You will see the "key" in your browser status bar once you submit your payment to be processed.

How can TileTools.us sell Nattco tools and products?
TileTools.us has formed a corporate partnership with Nattco North American Tile Tools Company to bring their industry recognized quality products and accessories to the internet for easy purchasing. We are proud to be one of the only sites to offer these products and think you will be very satisfied with your purchase(s).

What is your return policy?
TileTools.us will gladly allow the return of item(s) for their sale price (minus a 20% restocking fee).
We do charge a 20% per item restocking fee.
The sale price of each item(minus the restocking fee) will be credited back to the credit card the purchase was made on.
Refunds for returned item(s) will not include shipping costs. Customers returning items are solely responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to Nattco.
All returns must go through this website (TileTools.us). If you have item(s) that you wish to return please contact us directly at 1-859-525-8891 or email us at sethwentz@nattco.com.
Never try to return item(s) directly to Nattco without first contacting TileTools.us.
We will need a copy of the original invoice from TileTools.us along with the item(s) you wish to return.
